Did you know?

On average every day in the East of England, eight people require the urgent medical care that can only be provided in the pre-hospital environment by EAAA’s critical care team consisting of specialist doctors and critical care paramedics. In these most extreme scenarios, the speed at which advanced care reaches the patient can be the difference between life and death.

Here's what awaits you at an EAAA open day:

  • Go behind the scenes: Explore the hangar where our helicopter lives, peek into the crew’s rest facilities and delve into our interactive training room.
  • Become a life-saver: Learn the vital skill of CPR in a FREE taster session!
  • Witness our service in action: Our crews are on standby 24/7, ready to respond to life-threatening emergencies at a moment’s notice. While some areas will be restricted due to operations, we will make every effort for you to see the helicopter, mission dependant.
