Picture yourself strapped to the wings of a plane, soaring through the skies as you become a fearless wing walker. This heart-pounding experience promises not only an adrenaline rush but also the satisfaction of the knowledge you are raising vital funds for East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Gather your friends, family, and colleagues to witness the awe-inspiring spectacle, or better yet, encourage them to take on the challenge themselves. Let’s come together, conquer the skies, and raise funds that will soar to new heights to help save lives.

If you would like to take part in Dare 2 or 3 options, you’ll need to have done option 1 first. If you have done option 1 and would like to do the others, please contact us first.
For your comfort and protection please wear tight-fitting clothing – anything loose or baggy will tend to flap in the slipstream and be distracting and uncomfortable. The wind chill factor can be quite high even on a hot day and it is important that you stay warm. We suggest you bring several thin warm layers with a hoodless jacket with you, so layers can be removed or added too if needed at the time of your flight.
Yes, you can, but you will require to wear goggles over the top.
Wearing contact lenses is permitted during your flight. However, due to vented safety goggles, some eye watering may occur at higher speeds causing the loss of a lens, so we recommend bringing along spare contact lenses if possible or spectacles just in case.
Travel or motion sickness is often brought on in enclosed spaces where there is a lack of fresh air and disorientation results from a lack of forward visibility. During a wing walk you can see the horizon and there is plenty of fresh air, so people rarely suffer from motion sickness.

The aeroplane will fly at between 80mph up to 130mph.
Yes, this is an option which can be purchased from the venue on the day.
All wing walkers will need to be able to climb unassisted onto the wing of the aeroplane, which will require a level of flexibility. A member of our crew will help you climb up.
In the interest of your safety and ours, a prospective Wing Walker will not be permitted to fly if they are experiencing or suffer from any of the following:
By signing up to Wing Walking in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance, you pledge to raise a minimum of £500. If you are unable to raise £500 prior to the date of your Wing Walk, you have a few options to choose from: Defer your Wing Walk to another day to give you more time to fundraise or self-fund the cost of your place and pay the balance of your Wing Walk on the day. Please let us know at least 6 weeks prior to event day if you feel that you will be unable to raise the £500 target and we will help you to decide how you would like to proceed.
