Book now to join our Annual Roadshow next week

Next week on Thursday 14 October at 6pm East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is inviting supporters to take part in the charity's annual roadshow online.

This is an opportunity to find out all about EAAA’s lifesaving work, recent developments and updates on key projects and hear first-hand from some of the frontline crew about their experiences delivering critical care in the pre-hospital environment.

A hybrid event, tickets to attend in-person at Helimed House in Norwich are now sold out but the event will also be streamed live online, making this interactive evening with the charity open to anyone. The EAAA roadshow is free to attend, however donations are welcomed.

The evening will be hosted by EAAA Critical Care Paramedic Liam Sagi and will include an overview of EAAA’s achievements over the last 12 months, including moving into the charity’s new state-of-the-art HQ in Norwich, providing a 24/7 service by air and by road for the first time and starting to carry blood on board every mission. The audience will also be able to hear from Critical Care Paramedic Liam Sagi about what it was like to treat one of his own colleagues, Doctor Patricia Mills, when she was involved in a road traffic collision while walking her dog.

Matthew Jones, CEO of EAAA said: “The annual roadshow is a great way for us to connect with our supporters, celebrate recent developments within the charity and shine a spotlight on the key areas of our work and future plans. Last year was the first time we held this event virtually and we have committed to providing this event online this year again, to help us reach the maximum number of people in our community who are keen to know more about the charity. We’ve achieved several big milestones over the last 12 months, and this will be a great way to reflect and celebrate with our supporters, without whom we simply wouldn’t exist.”

Book your place at the roadshow.
