The Hub is a thoughtfully designed community asset, available for public hire at very competitive rates. With an easy-to-use folding door system The Hub can be divided up into multiple spaces, ideal if you’re hosting a multi-purpose event or wish to have a smaller room or break-out area. We can also set-up the room in a range of layouts including theatre, boardroom, classroom and banquet.

Award-winning building

We’re very proud that Helimed House has recently been announced as a winner at three prestigious awards.

In October Helimed House was announced as the winner of Project of the Year at the CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) East Anglia Awards.We also won the HVR Collaboration Award for improving air quality, creating a sustainable building that also provides a great working environment.In addition, Helimed House was named the overall winner of SPACES’ Building of the Year Community Award in November. SPACES is the Society for Public Architecture, Construction, Engineering and Surveying, a collaborative organisation recognising excellence in the construction sector.
